Hi, this car is kicking everyone s ass.. 92 lexus sc400. 128k. Super make known car that I am ready to drive off a cliff. had a idle surge misfortune that I researched online and did tests (per the manual) upon tps, iac and maf and cleaned the TB. After exasperating 2-3 alternative used IAC s, I took it to the master tech at lexus. He said it was the IAC valve. He tried my used ones.. and finally a rebuilt one. yet had issues. help to the dealer.. this period he says, it needs a ECU. I did a lot of research upon them, and found that its a common trouble subsequently this car.. bought a used one.. more trouble. had the indigenous one rebuilt by a specialist.. and that s where I am at now.. Put it in tonight and the car idles at 2k rpm. Does the TPS need to be re-adjusted? The master tech did all sorts of diagnostics on all connected parts (tps, maf, iac). 0-200 every times I agree to it do the dealer for diagnostics.. upon going problems are truly addendum up. I m hesitant to be adjacent to the tps if he had it dialed. Any insight? Thanks in advance. Jason
I bought it in July, drove it home from LA (to Utah), and the problems started brusquely after I got it home.Any supplementary put up to you can offer is appreciated. I don't know what else to pull off but agree to it help to the dealer. I know I've got the shop foreman practicing upon it at the dealer, but I still feel its pushed to the support as its outdated and everyone loses in this situation.

Does the engine manage when the MAF disconnected. once the loud hissing strong this could be your problem. This could be a large vacuum leak ,with the MAF combined it is unaided measuring the air that is getting subsequent to the MAF, hence if the intake manifold is sucking in freshen the ventilate to fuel ratio will be entirely out and cause the engine to stal
