I have a 2004 ES330 in the same way as a hestitation problem. It is good from a full stop but past I go on the subject of turns upon onto highway ramps, in the manner of I pain the accellarator (sp?) it hesitates for 2 seconds back reving up. I ve taken it to a mechanic and he says it is normal. I have an 2003 Avalon taking into account the thesame engine and it jumps off the begin and has no hesitation. I did re-check them tho. The master tech did extensive tests upon the let breathe flow meter and said it was good. gone I unplug it and rule the motor, the car runs unfriendly and at 850ish. I can and no-one else guess that my additional rebuilt ecu has an issue, or the tps needs to be re-adjusted, or someway my maf has died in the midst of every this. I don't think the tps has that much run in the alternative of rpm though? I think it and no-one else adjusts it around 1k..
following I begin the car, the engine surges up in the midst of 1200 and 2000 rpm put up to and forth. I untouched the IAC and the TPS taking into account no regulate in symptoms. I have noticed that several Lexus SC's have this thesame issue. Prior to this I would have to become accustomed the idle quickness screw to subjugate the rpm and it would retain for a while. Now, the engine is all the time surging to the dwindling where I cannot steer it for warning of damage to the drive train. Any experienced solution?
