The Whistle Stop Tea Room welcomes you to join us for lunch or to book a special party or event with us.  We will be happy to discuss with you which of these options will best suit your needs.

 Option 1 – Our smaller dining room is available for rental, which seats 19 people comfortably. This option is especially important if you require more than one hour and if you are celebrating an event that my require time for opening gifts.

• $50.00 rental fee – does not apply to food bill

• $225.00 food minimum bill – before tax or gratuity

• 20% gratuity is applied to all booked events or parties

• Rental time is strictly for 1 ½ hours, unless more time agreed to by management.

• $25.00 rental fee applied for each additional 15 minutes after original 1 ½  hour.

 Option 2 – The entire tea room is available for events outside of business hours or on a Sunday.  The tea room seats 80 people comfortably. 

• $50.00 rental fee – does not apply to food bill

• $325.00 food minimum bill – before tax or gratuity

• 20% gratuity is applied to all booked events or parties

• Rental time is strictly for 1 ½ hours, unless more time agreed to by management.

• $25.00 rental fee applied for each additional 15 minutes after original 1 ½  hour

Option 3 – Make a standard reservation.  This option does not guarantee you 1 ½   hours, like the first two options do.

• 15% gratuity added to food bill for all parties of 6-15.

• 20% gratuity added to food bill for all parties of 15 or more.

 We will make every effort to meet your needs with consideration for other guests in our restaurant.  No outside food or drinks are permitted inside the tea room, including desserts.  Refund requests only accepted 1 month prior to booked events.
