I have a 2004 ES330 behind a hestitation problem. It is fine from a full stop but afterward I go nearly turns on onto highway ramps, bearing in mind I hurt the accellarator (sp?) it hesitates for 2 seconds in the past reving up. I ve taken it to a mechanic and he says it is normal. I have an 2003 Avalon gone the same engine and it jumps off the start and has no hesitation. Mechanic s Assistant: Will the headlights aim on? Is the battery abundantly charged? With or without headlights on. Relatively other battery. Mechanic s Assistant: What is the model of your 04 Lexus? ES330 Mechanic s Assistant: Are you fixing your vehicle yourself? What have you tried as a result far? I ve cleaned the MAF sensor. Checked for friends in the intake. taking into consideration I put my Turbo OBDII app on, anything seems fine except that the TPS stays constant on 30%. This is a drive-by-wire model fittingly it has not throttle cable or usual TPS. I take on the TPS is integrated as soon as the throttle controller/motor. Mechanic s Assistant: all else you desire the mechanic to know in the past I connect you? No, I guess that is it.
Thanks for your response. I just checked what you mentioned, that I hadn't already checked, except fuel pressure.Let me tell you a little more roughly the problem history. It currently has a master tech attributed idle ventilate manage valve and tps installed. without upsetting anything, the last (used) ecu and my original, would run in the car without this symptom.
This could be a large vacuum leak ,with the MAF linked it is single-handedly measuring the ventilate that is getting later the MAF, as a result if the intake manifold is sucking in expose the freshen to fuel ratio will be unconditionally out and cause the engine to stall. If MAF is disconnected the engine goes into a limp measurement and lets the engine run. in the same way as carb cleaner spray can vaporizer in the area of the hissing next the engine government and bearing in mind you listen the engine stall or rev forward-looking there is the leak ,could be a bad vacuum hose bad gasket upon the manifold.
