After aggravating 2-3 exchange used IAC s, I took it to the master tech at lexus. He said it was the IAC valve. He tried my used ones.. and finally a rebuilt one. still had issues. assist to the dealer.. this period he says, it needs a ECU. I did a lot of research on them, and found that its a common burden in the same way as this car.. bought a used one.. more trouble. had the native one rebuilt by a specialist.. and that s where I am at now.. Put it in tonight and the car idles at 2k rpm. Does the TPS obsession to be re-adjusted? The master tech did every sorts of diagnostics upon all joined parts (tps, maf, iac). 0-200 all epoch I receive it accomplish the dealer for diagnostics.. on going problems are in fact adjunct up. I m of two minds to lie alongside the tps if he had it dialed. Any insight? Thanks in advance. Jason
I bought it in July, drove it house from LA (to Utah), and the problems started quickly after I got it home.Any other back you can pay for is appreciated. I don't know what else to do but give a positive response it urge on to the dealer. I know I've got the shop foreman working upon it at the dealer, but I yet quality its pushed to the assist as its pass and everyone loses in this situation.
I don't have any check engine lights unless I unplug the MAF sensor. afterward the MAF is plugged in then the car will stall unless I put my foot on the accelerator. There is as well as an intermittent popping hermetic coming at idle.
