I have a 2004 ES330 later a hestitation problem. It is good from a full stop but subsequently I go on the subject of turns upon onto highway ramps, in the manner of I hurt the accellarator (sp?) it hesitates for 2 seconds before reving up. I ve taken it to a mechanic and he says it is normal. I have an 2003 Avalon later than the similar engine and it jumps off the start and has no hesitation. Mechanic s Assistant: Will the headlights slope on? Is the battery fully charged? With or without headlights on. Relatively supplementary battery. Mechanic s Assistant: What is the model of your 04 Lexus? ES330 Mechanic s Assistant: Are you fixing your vehicle yourself? What have you tried thus far? I ve cleaned the MAF sensor. Checked for contacts in the intake. later I put my Turbo OBDII app on, whatever seems fine except that the TPS stays constant around 30%. This is a drive-by-wire model fittingly it has not throttle cable or usual TPS. I take the TPS is integrated bearing in mind the throttle controller/motor. Mechanic s Assistant: all else you want the mechanic to know since I be next to you? No, I guess that is it.
I did re-check them tho. The master tech did extensive tests upon the air flow meter and said it was good. similar to I unplug it and direct the motor, the car runs gruff and at 850ish. I can lonely guess that my other rebuilt ecu has an issue, or the tps needs to be re-adjusted, or anyhow my maf has died in the midst of every this. I don't think the tps has that much govern in the rotate of rpm though? I think it without help adjusts it concerning 1k..
in the manner of I start the car, the engine surges occurring in the middle of 1200 and 2000 rpm back and forth. I misrepresented the IAC and the TPS later than no alter in symptoms. I have noticed that several Lexus SC's have this thesame issue. Prior to this I would have to get used to the idle keenness screw to humiliate the rpm and it would maintain for a while. Now, the engine is until the end of time surging to the narrowing where I cannot drive it for alarm clock of broken to the steer train. Any experienced solution?
