I have a 2004 ES330 in imitation of a hestitation problem. It is good from a full stop but when I go on turns on onto highway ramps, subsequently I hurt the accellarator (sp?) it hesitates for 2 seconds before reving up. I ve taken it to a mechanic and he says it is normal. I have an 2003 Avalon in the manner of the thesame engine and it jumps off the start and has no hesitation. Mechanic s Assistant: Will the headlights aim on? Is the battery adequately charged? With or without headlights on. Relatively additional battery. Mechanic s Assistant: What is the model of your 04 Lexus? ES330 Mechanic s Assistant: Are you fixing your vehicle yourself? What have you tried consequently far? I ve cleaned the MAF sensor. Checked for contacts in the intake. with I put my Turbo OBDII app on, whatever seems fine except that the TPS stays constant in this area 30%. This is a drive-by-wire model consequently it has not throttle cable or usual TPS. I believe the TPS is integrated past the throttle controller/motor. Mechanic s Assistant: all else you want the mechanic to know since I affix you? No, I guess that is it.
Thanks for your response. I just checked what you mentioned, that I hadn't already checked, except fuel pressure.Let me say you a little more practically the suffering history. It currently has a master tech certified idle freshen direct valve and tps installed. without moving anything, the last (used) ecu and my original, would rule in the car without this symptom.
I don't have any check engine lights unless I unplug the MAF sensor. considering the MAF is plugged in after that the car will stall unless I put my foot on the accelerator. There is then an intermittent popping hermetically sealed coming at idle.
