I have a 2004 ES330 later a hestitation problem. It is good from a full end but following I go almost turns on onto highway ramps, subsequent to I depress the accellarator (sp?) it hesitates for 2 seconds previously reving up. I ve taken it to a mechanic and he says it is normal. I have an 2003 Avalon subsequent to the thesame engine and it jumps off the begin and has no hesitation. Mechanic s Assistant: Will the headlights incline on? Is the battery sufficiently charged? With or without headlights on. Relatively extra battery. Mechanic s Assistant: What is the model of your 04 Lexus? ES330 Mechanic s Assistant: Are you fixing your vehicle yourself? What have you tried appropriately far? I ve cleaned the MAF sensor. Checked for links in the intake. like I put my Turbo OBDII app on, whatever seems good except that the TPS stays constant on 30%. This is a drive-by-wire model for that reason it has not throttle cable or normal TPS. I take on the TPS is integrated following the throttle controller/motor. Mechanic s Assistant: anything else you desire the mechanic to know back I connect you? No, I guess that is it.
I did re-check them tho. The master tech did extensive tests upon the let breathe flow meter and said it was good. bearing in mind I unplug it and direct the motor, the car runs aggressive and at 850ish. I can isolated guess that my further rebuilt ecu has an issue, or the tps needs to be re-adjusted, or anyhow my maf has died in the midst of every this. I don't think the tps has that much run in the alternating of rpm though? I think it unaided adjusts it on 1k..
have you looked into throttle body coking and/or combustion chamber/valve carbon buildup? are you up to date on all maintenance; spark plugs fuel filter pcv vlave etc? have you performed a visual inspection and listened to engine as it warms stirring and is warmed up? oftentimes in engine play many factors may cause the same symptom(s)
