I have a 2004 ES330 in the manner of a hestitation problem. It is fine from a full stop but taking into consideration I go in relation to turns on onto highway ramps, considering I sadden the accellarator (sp?) it hesitates for 2 seconds in the past reving up. I ve taken it to a mechanic and he says it is normal. I have an 2003 Avalon bearing in mind the similar engine and it jumps off the begin and has no hesitation. Mechanic s Assistant: Will the headlights face on? Is the battery adequately charged? With or without headlights on. Relatively new battery. Mechanic s Assistant: What is the model of your 04 Lexus? ES330 Mechanic s Assistant: Are you fixing your vehicle yourself? What have you tried hence far? I ve cleaned the MAF sensor. Checked for links in the intake. when I put my Turbo OBDII app on, everything seems fine except that the TPS stays constant on 30%. This is a drive-by-wire model correspondingly it has not throttle cable or usual TPS. I recognize the TPS is integrated considering the throttle controller/motor. Mechanic s Assistant: anything else you desire the mechanic to know past I border you? No, I guess that is it.
Thanks for your response. I just checked what you mentioned, that I hadn't already checked, except fuel pressure.Let me tell you a little more not quite the problem history. It currently has a master tech credited idle freshen control valve and tps installed. without heartwarming anything, the last (used) ecu and my original, would control in the car without this symptom.
I don't have any check engine lights unless I unplug the MAF sensor. afterward the MAF is plugged in subsequently the car will stall unless I put my foot on the accelerator. There is as a consequence an intermittent popping hermetically sealed coming at idle.
